Cynthia (Cindi) is a member of the ICF as a certified Life and Transition coach (International Coaching Federation). She has also completed her certification as an Emotional Intelligence coach. Cindi is also a certified Dog Trainer (Penn Foster) and has been training dogs for many decades. In the last couple of years, she has also begun to work with horses and has discovered the immense healing power that comes through work with this incredible animals. As owner of a small farm, she and her girls work with horses of all ages - but mostly wild mustangs whom they have rescued.
Cindi focuses on people in life transitions and healing. She is the owner and CEO of Purposeful Living, LLC. She is also an Ordained minister in the United Methodist Church and has served as a Senior Pastor to churches of all sizes in her over 30 years of service and empowered countless people to live out their dreams.
She holds: a B.S. (Bachelor of Science) in Anthropology with a major in physical anthropology and a minor in Native American studies (Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Carolina University), and is a member of 4 honor societies; a M. Div. (Masters of Divinity) (studied for 2 years at Duke Divinity School and finished at United Theological Seminary). Cindi has a Ph. D. in Biblical Studies (Ashwood University) and a D. Min.(Doctor of Ministry) in Church Renewal and Leadership Development (Regent University)
Cindi is also an Emerald member of The International Women's Leadership Association (www.theiwla.com). Recently the recognized as a "Woman of Outstanding Leadership" by the Executive Committee of this same organization, Cindi desires to empower others to reach their goals.
Cindi also is a Spiritual Director in the Christian tradition. She has been a mentor and a spiritual director to countless people over her 30 years as a pastor and recently completed her Emotional Intelligence 101 for Life-coaches certification.
